Survey & set out
Verify dimensions, establish fall for drainage (min 1:100 where possible) and mark service runs. Produce a cut‑list for roll lengths and seam locations.
Remove vegetation & prepare sub‑grade
Excavate to required depth, remove topsoil and organic material, compact existing ground in layers to achieve specified CBR or engineered sub‑base.
Sub‑base & drainage
